Manage algo orders over WebSocket and subscribe to their update streams.

Algo orders use a separate WebSocket endpoint: wss://wss.liquiditytech.com/v1/private-algo. It has its own login step and its own 30-second inactivity timeout — the User Data connection does not carry algo traffic. See Overview in this section.
